The moment was so precious ,
I felt like being fed at famish.
Nothing ever had been so auspicious ,
Never had my heart moved by kinesis.
I don't remember for the wound i bore ,
I was in the lap of my mother and getting salved.
My hand was bleeding but i felt no more ,
And with each passing second my pain got halved.
She said with a CALM on her face ,
"Nothing dear, its nothing ..."
And those divine words made me grow to believe so ,
Oh HEAVENS !!! that was so soothing.
The saline white stuck on my cheek ,
and i listened to her as i was seeing GOD.
A melange of feelings making me meek ,
The place was now NUMB as she gave me a nod.
"LOVE U SON ..." my god uttered ,
Calm and serene as her face was...
"LOVE U TOO MUMMY ..." i muttered ,
Half asleep and my voice went bass.
There i lay on my MOM'S LAP ,
The sweetest dream i was ready to spin...
And thats why i say that we all have ,
the GREATEST gift that always has the GREATEST been...
"LOVE YOU MUMMY"

As for this poem..saying that it is marvellous would be an understatement...
It is exceptionally good..I even thought of it some days before when I was out of home..I mean to say that your poem touches people who read..sure hope your mom is the luckiest person to have had you as her son..God bless...
